Returns & Refund


Returns

Exchanges will be accepted only in an unlikely event of a manufacturing defect. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at admin@kalamcreations.com with in 24 hours of receipt of the product. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return confirmation by email. The returns will need to be sent  with in 7 days of return confirmation or with in 9 days of purchase. The return address will be informed in the return confirmation email

Note: We do not have pick up facility for returns. Shipping charges for returns will be borne by the customer. The products should be sent back in the original packaging with the bills and tags intact to the address given in the return confirmation email

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company will take  few more days (as per their policy) to send the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@kalamcreations.com
